Today is the first day AND first time I went for a Dragon Boat training..The day started with running..Running was ok..BUT when I ran halfway I realised that my legs will somehow, no matter what, hurt at both joints at the kneel cap after long distance running..However, I persevered to the end..Nothing happen after the run..(For your info, it was more than 2.4km)..BUT when it came to dragon boat rowing, I think I suck at it but still I want to get a feel of it and managed to get a hand of it at the end of the day though not perfectly correct stroke..Anw Rome is not build in a day too right, so I guess that is why it is called TRAINING!haha..Then there comes the pain, my both joints at my kneel cap..In the end I have to walk limping now after the training..Hopefully it will heal in two days time because I got another training again..^^
ps: Anw the training is for a sea sports carnival which will takes place in 19/02/09.. Hopefully I won't let the team down..
